Hire Charge:
- We charge for time out – not time used
- Minimum hire charge of one day
- Prices quoted are exclusive of GST
- Courier costs are payable by customer
Conditions of Hire:
Equipment hired is accepted as being in good working order. All damage and/or loss whilst under hire will be charged to your account as this equipment is not insured. No equipment hired is to be altered, repaired or modified by hirers and if equipment is so altered, repaired or modified by any hirer for any reason, the costs involved in bringing the equipment back to original condition prior to collection will be charged to hirer.
Injuries:
The supplier will not be liable for any loss, claim or proceeding in respect of injury suffered by the hire’s or their employee’s when using the equipment whether this is due to incorrect operation or equipment failure.
